I will reply within 12 hours (depending on time differences) to confirm a suitable time.

Please email the following details: 

• Your First Name,
• The First Name of the Person or Pet you wish to connect with (If a pet, please include their name and type),
• Whether you are in contact or no contact (for living persons only)
• Your current email address (this may differ from your PayPal email)
• A photo (optional, not essential).
